Terms of Use
Last updated: August 30, 2026
These Terms govern the use of FilDour by customers, service providers, and business team members, including queue services and the business dashboard.
1. Acceptance
By using FilDour or creating an account, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Account and security
You must provide accurate information and keep your account and device secure. You are responsible for activity through your account and should notify support if you suspect unauthorized use.
3. Queues and attendance
FilDour displays estimated wait times based on provider data, and estimates may change. You must follow branch check-in and attendance instructions. Lateness, absence, or cancellation may cause a queue position to be lost under the rules shown at booking.
4. Free turns and fair use
Taking a turn is free. Each account and device may hold only one active turn at the same branch. We may temporarily suspend an account or device after repeated no-shows or attempts to bypass usage limits with multiple accounts.
5. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, create false bookings, evade limits, access another person's account, disrupt systems, or use FilDour for unlawful activity. We may suspend violating accounts to protect users and service providers.
6. Service providers
Listed businesses are independent and responsible for their services, schedules, prices, and branch information. FilDour helps manage queues but does not guarantee the quality of third-party services.
7. Business accounts and paid services
Businesses must keep their information accurate, manage team access, and use the business dashboard responsibly. Some business features may require a paid subscription; applicable prices, periods, and conditions are shown before payment. Refund requests are governed by the Refund Policy available in the business dashboard.
8. Availability and liability
We aim to provide a reliable service, but maintenance, outages, or delays outside our control may occur. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is and we are not liable for indirect losses caused by estimates or third-party services.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the service develops or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted here. For questions, use the support channels available within FilDour.
