This policy explains how FilDour collects, uses, and protects information when you use FilDour as a customer, service provider, or business team member.
1. Information we collect
We may collect account information such as your name, email address, and account identifier, along with customer activity such as location selections, bookings, and queue history. For business accounts, we may process business, branch, employee, subscription, and payment information. We also process device, notification, and technical data needed to operate the service and prevent abuse.
2. How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, manage queues, business accounts, branches, subscriptions and payments, send service updates, provide support, prevent fraud, improve FilDour, and meet legal requirements.
3. Service protection
We use pseudonymous device or browser identifiers, a trust score, and Apple DeviceCheck state to enforce active-turn limits and prevent suspension bypass through multiple accounts. Raw Android identifiers, browser fingerprints, and iOS device credentials are not retained on the server.
4. Sharing information
We share only what is necessary with businesses you interact with, providers supporting hosting, payments, security, analytics and notifications, or competent authorities where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
5. Retention and security
We retain information as needed to provide the service, settle disputes, and comply with legal obligations. We use appropriate technical and organizational safeguards, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure.
6. Your choices and rights
You can update certain account details, disable notifications in your device settings, and request access, correction, or deletion through the support channels available in FilDour, subject to legal retention requirements.
